“Class 10″ Cleanroom Printing & Consumables
Columbia Cleanroom is the highest standard for any of your cleanroom documentation, stationery and consumable products; from pens and notebooks to custom labels, clean room manuals, and cleanroom paper. We are clean room consumables, stationery, and printing specialists!
Columbia Cleanroom’s stationery products are manufactured from the highest quality cleanroom compatible materials, then cleaned and double-packaged under certified “Class 10″ or better conditions. This is universally known as ‘ISO 3’ classification. To ensure contamination control, all items are printed with low-sodium and low-calcium inks; paper is low particulating with low extractables. No adhesives used in binding and padding will add to cleanroom contamination levels. To withstand harsh chemical vapors, covers and spiral bindings are made of high-density polypropylene. Metal rings, clips, and hangers are coated with non-particulating clean room paint. All cleanroom items, from printed notebooks to custom stationery products, are produced in our northwest facilities.
We offer almost all of our “Class 10” cleanroom products in irradiated/ sterile versions. The irradiation process does not affect the physicality or general aesthetic of our products. It is suitable for biochemical, lab testing, research, and pharmaceutical environments where sterile versions of consumable products are required.
Each one of our sterile version products comes with full certification of irradiation and lot trace-ability. This process meets and often exceeds ISO 13485, 11137 and 11135 standards, SLA requirements and strict QA and QC ISO compliant processes.
Custom Cleanroom Stationery and Consumables
Columbia Cleanroom has an exceptional track record of creating custom cleanroom consumable products. Our “Class 10®” products are found in Jet Propulsion Labs to Pfizer and Intel to Regeneron, all of which have varying needs and levels of cleanliness and complexity. Rarely does Columbia Cleanroom require minimum quantities. Our in-house manufacturing process allows us to move from a prototype stage to a finished product in about 2-4 weeks or depending on the customer’s urgency.
We often receive calls from our customers in regard to special needs items. We are obligated to take on these projects and collectively find solutions for our customers. These may include temperature-sensitive labels, autoclavable products, clean room printer headcovers, and often items that must be irradiated for sterile environments. We are a company that applauds ourselves on finding solutions to your most intricate sterile and cleanroom consumable needs. Please call us with any inquiries or questions.
